Event registration and cancellations
Payment
Payment by check, credit card or bank transfer is due in full prior to the start of the event.
Registration cancellations/substitutions
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, cancellations received on or before 15 days prior to the event will be refunded less a $200 fee to cover pre-event costs incurred. ($50 if the registration fee was less than $200.) Substitutions may be made at any time; if you wish to transfer to another event at another time, a 50% credit will be applied for fees already paid. Commercial exhibitor cancellations are subject to the policies stated on the web page(s) for that particular event.
Confirmation
Confirmation will be made in writing as soon as possible upon receipt of payment. This confirmation will be sent to the address given on the registration form, unless otherwise required.
Event Cancellation
The organizers reserve the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment. In this event fees will be refunded in full. However, the organizers assume no liability for travel or any expenses other than fees paid.
Books are shipped via Fedex Ground in the USA and Canada, Fedex International Economy elsewhere. Customers outside the USA are liable for applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Shipping costs
USA (except AK HI): $12 for the first item, $5 for each additional item
Canada, AK, HI: $25 for the first item, $15 for each additional item.
All other locations: Shipping costs vary with destination. We will add actual shipping charges to your order. The average range of shipping charges outside North America is as follows:
1 book - $50 to $70
2 books - $60 to $100
3 books - $75 to $130

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, books may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Books must be received in saleable condition for credit to be applied.
